Last Updated: July 1, 2026

Welcome to Apache Taxi. These Terms & Conditions explain the rules and guidelines for using our website, submitting ride requests, contacting our company, and using our transportation services.

By accessing ApacheTaxi.com, submitting a form, booking or requesting a ride, calling Apache Taxi, or communicating with us by phone, email, or SMS, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use this website or submit a ride request through the website.

Company Information

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, “Apache Taxi,” “we,” “our,” or “us” refers to Apache Taxi.

Apache Taxi provides local taxi, airport transportation, scheduled transportation, and related passenger transportation services in Tempe, Phoenix, and surrounding Arizona areas.

Use of This Website

ApacheTaxi.com is provided for general business information, customer inquiries, and ride requests. You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and not to submit false, misleading, abusive, fraudulent, or unauthorized information.

You agree not to interfere with the security, operation, or functionality of the website, including attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website, server, or related systems.

Ride Requests and Booking

Submitting a ride request through ApacheTaxi.com does not automatically guarantee that a ride has been confirmed.

A ride is considered confirmed only after Apache Taxi contacts you and confirms the pickup time, pickup location, destination, availability, and any other ride details.

Apache Taxi may contact you by phone, email, or SMS to verify your ride request, confirm details, provide updates, or request additional information.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate pickup information, destination information, contact information, requested pickup time, and any special instructions. Apache Taxi is not responsible for delays, missed pickups, or service issues caused by inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Service Availability

Transportation services are subject to driver availability, location, traffic, weather, road conditions, airport conditions, vehicle availability, and other circumstances outside of our control.

Apache Taxi makes reasonable efforts to provide timely and reliable service, but pickup times, arrival times, travel times, and drop-off times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

We reserve the right to decline, cancel, or reschedule a ride request when necessary, including but not limited to safety concerns, unavailable drivers, incorrect booking information, unreachable customers, unsafe pickup or drop-off conditions, or circumstances outside of our control.

Fares, Rates, and Payment

Fares and rates may vary depending on location, distance, time, airport fees, wait time, traffic delays, tolls, special requests, or other applicable charges.

Any fares or pricing displayed on the website are provided for general informational purposes and may be subject to change. The final fare may differ based on the actual trip details.

Customers are responsible for payment of all applicable fares, fees, charges, wait time, airport-related fees, tolls, and other ride-related costs.

Cancellations, No-Shows, and Changes

If you need to cancel or change a ride request, please contact Apache Taxi as soon as possible.

Apache Taxi may treat a ride as a no-show if the customer is not present at the pickup location, cannot be reached, provides incorrect pickup information, or fails to appear within a reasonable amount of time.

Cancellation fees, wait-time fees, or other charges may apply depending on the circumstances of the ride request.

Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers are expected to behave respectfully and safely toward drivers, staff, vehicles, and other passengers.

Apache Taxi reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if a passenger behaves in a threatening, abusive, unsafe, unlawful, disruptive, or inappropriate manner.

Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings. Apache Taxi is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or forgotten items, although we will make reasonable efforts to assist customers who contact us about lost property.

Safety and Emergency Situations

Apache Taxi provides passenger transportation services. Apache Taxi is not an emergency medical service and should not be used for emergency situations.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, safety emergency, or life-threatening situation, call 911 immediately.

SMS/Text Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive text messages from Apache Taxi, you agree to receive SMS messages related to your ride requests and customer communications.

SMS messages may include ride confirmations, pickup updates, driver or dispatch communication, scheduling updates, service reminders, follow-up messages, and customer service responses.

Message frequency may vary depending on your ride request, communication needs, and service activity. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message from Apache Taxi. After you reply STOP, you may receive a confirmation message, and we will stop sending SMS messages to that phone number unless you opt back in.

For help, reply HELP or contact Apache Taxi directly.

SMS consent is not a condition of purchasing services from Apache Taxi. You may choose not to opt in to SMS messages and may contact us by phone instead.

Mobile opt-in information and SMS consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their marketing purposes.
