Basic requirements:
• Must have a valid Arizona driver's license
• Must be a legal resident.
• Must be at least 23 years of age
• Must have had a driver's license for at least 60 months.
• Must have a 5 year MVR report, no more than 30 days old.

  

The Following felonies and/or matters will disqualify an applicant no matter how long ago:
•       Vehicular homicide
•       Manslaughter or assault while operating a motor vehicle.
•       Any felony convictions with a motor vehicle.
•       Negligent/reckless driving .convictions.
•       Sex crimes
•       Crimes against children
•       Violent Crimes
•       Any pending criminal matters or outstanding warrants.

Driving record must reflect the following:
•       No chargeable accidents in last 39 months.
•       No DUI , DWI or Drug charges .
•       No more than 2 moving violations in last 39 months.
•       No speeding violations more than 20mph over the speed limit in last 39   months
•       No more than 30 days suspension or lapses in your driving record in last 39 months.
•       No felony convictions in past ten years – Any felonies more than ten years ago must be reviewed by management. 

 

 Must pass a drug screen.

 Maximum age is 65 unless medical doctor authorizes.
